1- GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND DEFINITIONS

Data processor: A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller on the basis of the authority granted by the data controller,

Data recording system: A recording system in which personal data is processed by structuring it according to certain criteria,

Contact person: A real person notified by the data controller during registration by the data controller for communication with the Institution regarding the obligations of legal entities resident in Turkey and the representative of the data controller of a legal entity not resident in Turkey in accordance with the Law and secondary regulations to be issued based on this Law,

Personal data storage and destruction policy: The policy on which the data controllers base the deletion, destruction and anonymization of personal data with the process of determining the maximum period required for the purpose for which they are processed.

2- INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA CONTROLLER

In the case of legal entities, the data controller is the legal entity itself. The data controller obligations of legal entities residing in Turkey within the scope of the Law are fulfilled by the authorized body / person or persons authorized to represent and bind the legal entity. The body authorized to represent a legal entity may appoint one or more persons in relation to the obligations to be fulfilled in terms of the implementation of the Law. This assignment does not eliminate the responsibility of the legal entity in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

Your personal data is obtained in any oral, written or electronic environment for the purpose of providing the products and services offered by BASS Measurement in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes within the legal framework determined and in this context BASS Measurement can fulfill its responsibilities arising from the contract and the law in a complete and accurate manner. 11 Of the KVK Law of the Personal Data Owner. The Rights Listed in the Article

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests for your rights to BASS Measurement using the methods set out below, our company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by BASS Measurement.

To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
To request correction of the personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
It has the right to request compensation of the damage if it suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
13 of the Law No. 6698. article 1. in accordance with the paragraph, you can submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above to y Meşme in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. 3- OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

It takes the necessary security measures in order to ensure the preservation of personal data.  BASS does not disclose the personal data obtained by performing the necessary audits in its own institution or organization in order to ensure the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 6698 to anyone else in violation of the provisions of Law No. 6698 and does not use it for processing purposes.

The personal data to be processed by BASS are specified below, and new ones may be added and/or amended to this information if required and/or required by law.

5- METHODS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA

6- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

BASS processes personal data in accordance with the following purposes. These purposes are;
Tax laws, tax etc. within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and other legal regulations. fulfillment of obligations related to public receivables,
Taking measures related to the protection of consumer rights within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
Receiving orders for products that interested parties want to buy from BASS, selling products, delivering products to interested parties, collecting prices, providing after-sales services related to the product sold, measuring customer satisfaction, collecting and evaluating complaints and suggestions, if any, related to the product or service sold,
Improving the quality of service,
Conducting campaigns, promotions, advertising and promotional activities related to products and services, providing information on these issues,
Ensuring internal security of the company, increasing production efficiency,
Proving the employment relationship, recording information about wages and salaries, making legal notifications to Finance, Social Security Institution and other institutions, applying occupational health and safety principles, fulfilling obligations arising from laws, determining working conditions.

7- TRANSFER AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 BASS does not transfer the personal data obtained for the purposes of data processing to third parties / institutions without the explicit consent of the relevant person.

 BASS, tax and social security laws and other Laws and other legislative provisions required / permitted by the person, institution and/or organizations, including, but not limited to, the Department of Revenue, Business- Kur, Social Security Institution, Financial Crimes Investigation Board, Interbank Card Center, public legal entities authorized to receive personal data such as Credit Registration Office, BASS domestic subsidiaries, companies operating as dealers, cooperating program partner / solution partner institutions and organizations, PTT branches, logistics support service, consulting and independent audit service companies received due to legal obligations; even if there is no legal obligation 6.in order to be able to realize its objectives aimed at providing better service within the scope of article 3. It will be able to transfer personal data to persons and institutions provided that the rights of the relevant person within the scope of Law No. 6698 are reserved.

8- OBTAINING THE EXPLICIT CONSENT OF THE RELEVANT PERSON FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 The personal data to be processed by BASS are processed by obtaining the “explicit consent” of the relevant person within the scope of the Law No. 6698. Explicit consent refers to the consent related to a certain subject, based on being informed and that the person concerned will disclose it of his/her free will. In accordance with Article 5/2 of Law No. 6698, if one of the following conditions exists, personal data may be processed without seeking the explicit consent of the relevant person.

To be clearly stipulated in the laws.
The fact that a person who is unable to disclose his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid is mandatory for the protection of the life or body integrity of himself or someone else.
It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his/her legal obligation.
The fact that the relevant person has been publicly identified by him.
The data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right.
It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

9- DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

 BASS destroys personal data (deletes, destroys or anonymizes personal data) upon the termination of the purpose of processing personal data, the expiration of mandatory storage periods determined in accordance with Laws and other other legislation.

10- RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED

Interested persons should contact the data controller about themselves by;

To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, do not request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data,
Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,
To request that changes related to personal data be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
If personal data suffers damage due to unlawful processing, it has the right to request compensation for the damage.
 
11- APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER

Natural persons whose personal data are processed may apply to BASS regarding their requests within the scope of their rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Interested persons may benefit from this right provided that they make their applications in Turkish. Interested persons can submit their requests to BASS via one of the following communication channels. In this direction, the relevant persons request;

In writing,
Via registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
By means of a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, by using the electronic mail address previously notified to BASS by the person whose personal data is processed and registered in BASS’ system,
In The Applications;
Name, surname and signature if the application is written,
T for citizens of the Republic of Turkey.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any,
The address of the place of residence or place of business based on the notification,
If any, the electronic mail address, phone and fax number based on the notification,
Subject of request,
it is mandatory to be found. Information and documents related to the subject should be added to the application. Application requests can be made by using the ”Application Request Form". For the applications to be made by the relevant persons, the communication channels specified in the section entitled “2-INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA CONTROLLER” of this information text may be used.

 BASS shall finalize the requests contained in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest according to the nature of the request. However, if the transaction also requires a cost, a fee may be charged in the amount specified in Article 7 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”. If the application is caused by the error of the data controller, the fee received will be refunded to the relevant person.

12- CHANGES AND UPDATES
